RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Spirit Vibe World LLC, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something happened with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy for products that were damaged in the shipping process. Please email us within 72 hours of delivery, if your product is damaged and seal is still intact. Please include a picture of the damaged item, your order number, name & address, along with your receipt of payment. We will email you back within 48 hours. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to give a refund or return if you have changed your mind about a product.
